Tastings

Tastings are always an exciting experience for both the soon-to-be married couple and for our team. Whenever we are working with clients or prospects, the tasting is always one of our favorite parts of the planning process as it is what makes the wedding begin to feel real.  For us, we get to meet the couple, find out a little more about them, how they met, and most importantly what their vision for the wedding is. We also get to see their reaction as they taste the food that they’ll possibly be having on their wedding day. The couple gets the opportunity to know us as a company; our history, our style and our standards. They get to ask questions pertaining to the catering, set-up, service and presentation. 

 

At one of our Tastings, a client can expect to find a folder that contains their Proposal, a list of Corporate and Wedding References, Testimonials from some of our past clients, our Business Cards, and our Complete Menu for any substitution the client may be interested in. A table is also set-up with dinnerware, silverware and glassware so that the client can have an idea of what we’ll use on their wedding day. At the dinner table, one can expect to find a Menu Card at each place setting with what will be served. A Slideshow of our past events is shown while the clients are having dinner.

Our tastings include three to four Hors D’oeuvres, Dinner consisting of an entrée, sides and vegetables. The menu for yesterday’s tasting was as follows:
